Can I walk-in for a test or do I need an appointment?

While we encourage booking an appointment for efficient service and to ensure necessary preparations are followed, we also accommodate walk-in testing.

How long does it typically take to get results and how will I receive them?

Results will typically be delivered to you by email within 24-48 hours. Some tests may require more time for analysis due to their nature. Note that results will also be sent to the prescribing health professional as well.

How can I schedule an appointment at VitaLab?

Can I choose any VitaLab location for my tests?

Yes! All of our locations are fully equipped to offer our full inventory of testing.

Is testing at VitaLab covered by medical insurance?

Yes, testing at VitaLab is covered by all private and work insurance programs. We provide insurance receipts for quick and seamless insurance refunds.
